Jose "DJose" Hernandez
Founder and owner of 4EverYun Radio. Resident DJ of this station and several local Miami based venues, such as Pub52 in South Miami. DJ Jose Hernandez, as he is also known, started with a passion for DJing when classic disco was at its peak between 1977 and 1979. He developed a love for the orchestration style arrangements and vocals that is disco. He learned to mix with this genre and once the 1980s came along, immersed himself in the alternative scene with punk, new wave later to be followed by italo disco, freestyle disco and finally house and techno in the late 80s. On December 27, 2002, the Emotion Discotheque opened in Torres Novas, where it remains until today. From the nights Remember. . . Good Times, with the best of the 70's, 80's and 90's, at Latin nights, New Year's Eve and Carnival, passing through House (+ or - commercial depending on the type of audience present), Dj White is a versatile Dj, looking to go to the meeting the tastes of the general public, through the experience and musical knowledge acquired over more than 4 decades of career. Over these more than 40 years of career, he has visited several clubs and bars not only in the region but also throughout the country. I was born in Angola in 1961. At that time it was Portuguese territory. I came to Portugal in 1973, living since then in Torres Novas (100 klms from Lisbon), where my nightclub is located; Emotion Disco. I am married and have a daughter, Maria Clara, 12 years old. I'm a journalist and I've been doing radio since 1982, where I've had lots of programs. I am currently a manager here at Torres Novas FM. As for hobbies, only 2; listen to music, travel when possible and watch lots of movies.
